Dress – A rather dark ruby with purple reflections.
Nose – Intense, reminiscent of liquorice, spices, stone fruits, vanilla, leather and candied notes.
Palate - Complex, powerful, generous, and full-bodied. The combination of body and bouquet, on aromas of fruit with brandy (especially cherry) and red and black fruit jam make it a flamboyant wine.

To be enjoyed with wild boar terrine, beef with carrots, potted chicken, mushroom chicken, tuna cooked with red wine. Goes very well with Indian or Mexican dishes.
