We offer you a range of cooked dishes, highlighting the best of Provence, tasty fruits and vegetables, soaked in sunshine. Each of these dishes is handcrafted by chef Norbert Dusserre, with taste and authenticity, in order to highlight quality raw materials. This quality requirement is also reflected in strict sanitary control of all products.
The pistou soup is cooked by Yan Bosc Master craftsman in the Luberon.
