This wine is made from the 100% muscat grape variety. Alain Ignace’s muscat vineyard is managed with respect for biodiversity.
“Le Petit Grain d’Antonin” is a natural sweet wine of white muscat, of an exceptional freshness despite its richness in sugar. The palate is greedy, slightly spicy, dominated by the vivacity of citrus fruits (grapefruit, tangerine). A pure delight to enjoy as an aperitif, with a foie gras, or as a dessert with an apricot tatin. Serve chilled at 42,8-46,4°F.
