“ Fruity and Roundness “
Dress – Deep red with slightly tiled reflections.
Nose – Open to aromas of stone berries, brandy fruits, spices (pepper, thyme) and garrigue.
Palate - Warm, supple, silky, ample and elegant with very fine tannins. Notes of undergrowth and liquorice accompany in the end the aromas of wild red fruits and black cherries.
AGREEMENTS AND WINE :
Service at 62,6°F.
To be enjoyed with a fresh mushroom omelet, beef tenderloin, veal blanquette or couscous. For dessert with chocolate and cherry cake.
