This wine has a beautiful ruby red color, it is powerful and generous with fine and melted tannins, exhaling aromas of red fruits and humus enhanced by woody notes. It will be the perfect companion to red meats, game and cheeses of character. To be consumed from the 3rd or 4th year, it can be kept for 8 to 10 years. To be enjoyed between 64,4 and 68°F.

Grape variety : Grenache 60% Syrah 35% Mourvèdre 5%
Yield : 28 hL/Ha
Winemaking : Manual harvest with rigorous sorting. Crushed and destemmed grapes, fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Long fermentation with many pumping and unloading for a better extraction of colour and tannins (4 to 6 weeks). Blending after malolactic fermentation, aging in barrels (35%) and in concrete vats (65%) allowing a micro-oxygenation of the wine favorable to its evolution. Light filtration and bottling in June 2017.
