These preserves are prepared from fresh fruit, healthy and ripe in the sun of Provence. Peeled pears are whole with their tail and hollowed out inside. The fruit prepared in this way is stored in hermetic containers with organic caramel syrup.

Delicious chilled eaten but for an even more gourmet dessert: add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the plate, and some thin almonds!

Caramel pears: pears, water, organic caramel (15 to 17%), sugar, fruit pectin, acidifier
citric acid (E330), natural vanilla with grains (traces).
Caramel syrup: mix of food water, organic caramel and premium sugar.
Brown colour tending to the red, sometimes slightly sedimentary.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
