These preserves are prepared from fresh fruit, healthy and ripe in the sun of Provence. Peeled pears are whole with their tail and hollowed out inside. The fruit thus prepared is stored in hermetically sealed containers with a delicious Tahitian vanilla syrup.

Delicious just eaten chilled but for a more gourmet dessert: add a scoop of ice cream and a chocolate coulis to the plate.
