Whether fresh or dried, it brings all its sweetness to cooked dishes and pastries.
Smooth and syrupy, fig vinegar is filtered slightly so as not to alter its subtle aromas. Sometimes a slight deposit may form at the bottom of the bottle. Just shake the bottle so that vinegar and pulp mix again.
Fruity and slightly sweet, fig vinegar will gladly deglaze foie gras, gizzards, poultry livers or pork filet mignon. Ideal also with a mesclun and some nuts.
